Fundamentals Package

The fundamentals package is an introduction to Go Primal Fitness's style and philosophy of training. It is generally reserved for individuals in need of instruction in the basic lifts and movements we advocate. Once complete, each trainee will possess the basic skills and movement pattern competency to either continue with more advanced forms of conditioning or join a group.

Group Training

The energy and dynamic of a group is difficult to reproduce individually. It is our experience that people train harder, dig deeper, and risk more with the support and encouragement of others by their side. Group training sessions utilize a variety of movements, methods, and tools to address both general and specific fitness characteristics. Programs are inventive (sometimes pitting teams against one another!) and precise. Moreover, they are directed in such a way to make training fun and challenging for all ability levels, from the striving beginner to the well conditioned athlete. A coach is there to guide, instruct, and reinforce proper technique and effort.
