10x Thrusters + 50x Double Unders / 100x Single Unders +
8x Thrusters + 40x Double Unders / 80x Single Unders +
6x Thrusters + 30x Double Unders / 60x Single Unders +
4x Thrusters + 20x Double Unders / 40x Single Unders +
2:00 minutes rest
2 sets
Then:
7x Heavy Ball Slam +
15m MB Bear Crawl + 
15m Sprint w/ball
Every 75s

Yesterday's workout in the park was epic. All the guys gave it their all. It was one of my favorite workouts we've done in a while because it inspired me to really give it everything I had. I have big plans in the next few months for an Applied Strongman Training class. Yokes, Tire Flips, Keg Tosses, Log Carries, etc. Keep your eyes peeled for that one.
