15m Burpee/Broad Jump +

5 rounds (tag team style)
Then:
BB Thruster + Handstand Hold
25 reps + 30s HS Hold
20 reps + 35 HS Hold
15 reps + 45s HS Hold
10 reps + 60s HS Hold
Then:
15m “Heavy” Walking Lunge + 10-1 TTB 
Looks like…
15m Lunge + 10x TTB
15m Lunge + 9x TTB
15m Lunge + 8x TTB…
Then:
100x Deep Jefferson Squats (elevate feet on a 45# plate to increase depth)
Each rep must be perfect.
