3×10 Frog Hops
3x30s Paleo Chair (stay active in the bottom, heels flat, chest proud)
Then:

Phase I
18x Ball Slam +
2:00 minutes Burpee/Broad Jump +
2:00 minutes rest
3 sets
Rest 5 minutes
Then:
Phase II
18x Two-Handed KBS +
2:00 minute Row/Ski/Ride +
2:00 minutes rest
3 sets 
Rest 5 minutes 
Then:
Phase III
50x Dips (partition as needed)
Then:
Cool Down

I learned a lot from Coach Poliquin last week. It’s good to have mentors; people to push you, inspire you, and remind you that there is more to be done. I’ve never settled for mediocrity.
