Then:
62 Jump Ropes +
62 Squats +
62 Lunges
2 rounds 
Then:
400m Run +
21x KBS +
12x Pull-ups
4 rounds
Rest 5 minutes
Then:
30x TGU (15 each side, alternating)
Every 2 minutes do 20x Split Jumps
Then:
Cool Down
