Workout
5 minute easy row, ride, run, jump rope, etc.
Then:
P1 5x Burpees
P2 Rest
5 rounds each to warm-up
Then:
10-Minute Stations
Station #1
Airdyne Relay 
P1 30s Sprint on Airdyne 
P2 Rest
Switch, continue for 10 minutes (record calories)
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
Station #2
Rope Pull/Sprint Ascending Ladder
1-2-3-4-5-6…
Climb the ladder as high as possible in 10 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
Station #3
5x (each) Ball Slam/Burpee +
10x (each leg) Split Jumps +
15m Wheelbarrow Walk (each player)
Continue for 10 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
Station #4
P1 250m Row 
P2 KB Rack Hold for the duration of Row
Switch, continue for 10 minutes (record rounds)
Then:
Cool Down

Any time the Wheelbarrow Walk makes an appearance it's a good day.

If the Wheelbarrow Walk is too difficult, a simple Bear Crawl will suffice.

40 minutes of fury. They were done after the first station, but held on to the end. Another good FYF.

What everyone saw when they walked in this morning. The pain is eminent, but oh so fun.
