Coach’s Comment
There was nothing sound about the design of today’s program. The intention was not complex or based on some magic formula. The objective was simple however: make James’ B-day workout memorable. I think we succeeded, because rolling out of bed this morning reminded me of a soreness I have not felt in some time.
