Throw Medicine Balls (various)
Then:
3×5 Wall Squat
2×10 Shoulder Dislocates
3x (15 Jump Squats + 15m Bear Crawl + 15m Walk back)
2×5 Burpees
3×5 Tuck Jumps
Then:
Max Reps Pronated-Grip Strict Pull-ups (choose a band that allows a minimum of 10 reps on 1st set) +
15m Wheelbarrow Walk/Hop
4 sets, rest plenty between sets
Record total pull-ups
Then:
Each player gathers 3 pair of KBs/DBs
Box Step-up / Box Jump Combo
5/5@ 2×40#
4/4 @ 2×50#
3/3 @ 2×60#
Rest plenty, 3 sets
Then:
8-Minute Tag Team Row/Ski/Airdyne
Row – rotate players every 12 calories
Airdyne – rotate players every 15 calories
Ski Erg – rotate players every 10 calories
Record total team calories at end.
Then:
Cool Down
