If you do it in more than 1:38/1:55 do 75x Push Press (95/45)

50 Calorie Sprint on Airdyne
If you do it in less than 1:30/2:40 do 100x KBS (50/35)
If you do it in more than 1:30/2:40 do 150x KBS (50/35)
Rest as needed
400m Run
If you do it in less than 1:30/1:45 run another 400m
If you do it in more than 1:30/1:45 run an 800m

Zoe took some nice photos yesterday. Here is one of Byron and I hanging from the ropes. I was surprised and disappointed at how difficult this was. Certainly having large hands helps, but 20s definitely was the perfect amount of time.

Zoe took some nice photos yesterday. Here is one of Byron and I hanging from the ropes. I was surprised and disappointed at how difficult this was. I was able to get the first five sets unbroken, but had to settle for 10s efforts the rest of the way (except for the last set)

The black rope was .5 inches wider and a good bit shorter than the other ropes. To compensate we did 5 reps each and a 60# KB. It sucked...
