2×10 Shoulder Dislocates
Then:
15x Squat +
10x Jump Squat +
5x Tuck Jump
2 sets (rest a bit between sets)
Then:
15m Burpee/Broad Jump +
15m Sprint (back)
15m Wheelbarrow Walk +
15m Sprint (back)
15m Walking Lunge +
15m Sprint (tag partner)
5 rounds each
Then:
Work up on DL (for the circuit)
5-5-3-3-3
Then:
3x Heavy Deadlifts
5x Wall Walks
7x Toes-to-Bar
9x Box Jumps
7 rounds (not for time)
Then:
