Workout 
Throw MBs (various)
Then:
2×10 Shoulder Dislocates
Then:
12x (each direction) Bulgarian Bag Halos +
10x (each) KB Bottoms-up Press +
10x (each) Single-Arm KBS (Heavy)
3 sets to warm-up
Then:
3x (1-5) Three-Player Team KB Clean Ladder
Hold rack position while other players do cleans. 
Then:
2x Strict Press + 2x Push Press + 2x Jerk 
Start @ 75#/45# and add 5# each set 
When you can no longer to strict press do 2x PP & 2x Jerk 
Keep adding 5lbs until you can only do 2x Jerk and go until you cannot add anymore
OR
2x Strict Press +
2x Push Press +
2x Push Jerk
8 rounds
Then:
BB Bent-Over Row + Dead Hang
12 reps / 60s
10 reps / 45s
8 reps / 30s
6 reps / 15s
Then:
Cool Down
