If there was ever any incentive to do a lot of Thrusters today it was so you didn't have to do a lot of Reverse Burpees. Joe on his way up.

If there was ever any incentive to do a lot of Thrusters it was so you didn’t have to do a lot of Reverse Burpees. Joe on his way up. I personally went for 21 Thrusters per round, which softened the blow on Reverse Burpees. Some were forced to do more than 20 Reverse Burpees per round. Ouch.

Stephanie is an athlete. She's powerful, strong, and has a great sense of where she is in space at all times. These are genetic attributes that are fine-tuned with good training. Not everyone is an athlete. Just because you attempt athletic, physical tasks does not make you an athlete. Let's not fool ourselves into called non-athletes athlete. You either are or you aren't.

Stephanie is an athlete. She’s powerful, strong, and has a great sense of where she is in space at all times. These are genetic attributes that are refined and enhanced with good training. Not everyone who trains is an athlete. Just because you attempt athletic, physical tasks does not make you an athlete. Let’s not fool ourselves into calling non-athletes athletes. You either are or you aren’t. It’s not wrong or right, it simply is what it is. The point is not all physical attributes are trainable. Genetics is greater than 50% of the battle and your potential (ultimately) is determined by your genetic pre-disposition. So if you chose your parents wisely you’re halfway there.
