Then:
KB “Play”
Then:
“Get Swole”
Close-Grip Bench Press Strength Ladder
10 reps
9 reps
8 reps
7 reps
6 reps
5 reps
4 reps
3 reps
2 reps
1 rep
Increase the weight each set. Last set is a HEAVY single. 
Chase each set with 7x Barbell Curls + 10x (5 each) Heavy Single-Arms KBS @ 60/40
Then:
Rotator Cuff Work
