Workout 1
2×5 Wall Squat
2×10 Squat
2×10 Jump Squat
2×5 Tuck Jump
Then:
15m Burpee/Broad Jump every minute on the minute for 8 minutes
Then:
3x Push Press + 3x Steps for 15m (Hold BB Overhead)
4 sets, start light, increase load as you see fit.
Then:
Climb the ladder as high as possible in 10 minutes (two-player rotation) of  Front Squat @ 95/135
If you fail prior to 8 minutes start back at one and climb again.
Then:
Tag Team Row/Ski/Airdyne to Hell
50-40-30-20-10 Calories (Tag-Team style)
Then:
Cool Down

BB Complex:
5x Snatch-Grip DL +
5x Hang Muscle Snatch +
5x OHS +
5x Hang Muscle Snatch
5 sets
Then:
Work up to 5RM Deadlift (4-5 sets)
Then:
5×5 Deadlift
Rest 3 minutes between efforts
Then:
Cool Down
