Workout
Warm-up with 1-10 Burpee Ladder (55 total reps)
Then:
4x60s Max Reps KBS @ 45/30-35
Rest 60s between efforts
Then:
KB Pressing Progression
5 reps each arm at 25, 35, 45, 50, 60
When you can no longer Strict Press do Push Press. When you can no longer Push Press do Push Jerk.
Then:
500m Row for time
Rest 2:00 minutes
5x Heavy Man-Maker +
Dead Hang to failure
Continue until you accumulate 5:00/3:00 minutes on Dead Hang
*If your first DH is less than 60s accumulate 3:00 only
Then:
500m Row for time
