Then:
10x  Bulgarian Split Squat (each leg) +
30s Jump Squat +
5x Burpee +
60s “Active Recovery”  Step-ups @ 17.5-20″ box 
Four Rounds
Then:
Ball Slam + Lateral Hop:
2×10 @ 20# 
2×10@ 25# 
2×6 @ 30# 
2×6 @ 40#
