Strict Pull-up / KB Farmer’s Carry
12 reps/60m, 10 reps/60m, 8 reps/60m, 4 reps/60m
Then:
Hanging Rows (from BB) to failure
5 sets
Between each set perform 15x Unbroken Wall Ball Shots (20/12)
Then:
Barbell Grip Roll-up Strip Set
Max Reps @ 95/65
Max Reps @ 75/55
Max Reps @ 45/45
Rest 3 minutes, repeat once.
Then:
Cool Down
