Workout 1
2×5 Wall Squat 
2×5 Dislocates 
Then:
15m Bear Crawl every 30s for 5 minutes
Then:
Bulgarian Bag Warm-up:
10x Halos (each direction) + 20x Squats (bag on back)
Rest a bit
10x Halos + 20x Alternating Lunge (bag on back)
Rest a bit
10x Halos + 20x Jump Squats (bag on back)
Rest a bit
10x Halos + 20x Split Jumps (back on back)
Then: 
DB Snatch (alternate arms every rep)
20 reps @ 30#
20 reps @ 40#
20 reps @ 45-50#
Then:
4×20 reps @ 65#
Chase each set of heavy DB Snatches with 5x Wall Walks (start flat on the floor)
Then:
4x (30s Work/30s Rest) Frog Hop
Then:
Cool Down

15x Burpees
3 rounds
Then immediately:
30x Double Unders +
50m Sprint
5 rounds
