Locomotor Warm-up (various, 10 minutes)
Prep squat, lunge, and overhead
Then:
German Body Comp Session
12 minutes 
12x Back Squat +
6-8x Pull-ups (vary grips), must be Strict
Rest 3 minutes
Then:
12 minutes
12x Sumo Deadlift +
8x (each leg) DB Lunge Press
Rest 3 minutes
Then:
12 minutes
8-10x Floor Press +
12x DB Bent-Over Rows
Then:
Cool Down
