12x ATW (each direction)
12x Figure 8′s (6 each side)
12x KB Snatches (each arm)
12x (6 each leg) Split Jumps (w/o KB)
3 minutes each station:
Station 1:
6:6 Sledgehammer Tire
Rest 1:00 minute
Station 2:
5:5 Ball Slam @ 40/30
Ball cannot touch the ground!
Rest 1:00 minute
Station 3:
Seated Partner Rope Pull @ 60/40
Rest 1:00 minute
Station 4:
3:3 Heavy DB Man-Makers @ 2×40/20
Rest 1:00 minute
Station 5:
3:3 Box Jump @ 30-36″/24-30″

Today's FYF was not typical. It was crushing and vomit-inducing like it tends to be. We did a tag team affair that turned out to be a lot of fun. It was certainly challenging, but was provided enough

Today’s FYF was not typical. It wasn’t crushing or vomit-inducing like it tends to be. Every now and then you have to make it fun. The fun is what keeps us coming back. Otherwise there’s no reason to continue.
