90m DB Walking Lunges +
23 Calories (player choice of Airdyne, Rower, or Ski Erg)
2 sets to “cool down”

Coach’s Comments
I filmed a video on water and pre-training supplementation today and didn’t like either one. So I’ll try again tomorrow and hope to have them out to you by Wednesday evening.
