20x Alternating Step-up Hops +
6-8x Supinated Chin-ups +
60m Heavy Farmer’s Carry
Rotate through for 20 minutes
Rest 3-5 minutes
Then:
Block II
8-10x BB Strict Press +
12x 45 deg. DB Walking Lunge +
10-12x DB Supine Triceps Extensions
30m “Strict” Bear Crawl
Rotate through for 20 minutes
Then:
