A2 8-10x Single-Arm Standing DB Press
12 minutes

B1 50m Sprint + 30s Rest (while partner sprints)
12 minutes

C1 8-10x BB Floor Press
C2 6-8x Seated Thick DB Zottman Curls @ 4010
C3 40s Snatch-Grip Dead Hang
12 minutes

Cool Down
