A2 10-12x BB Strict Press
Rest as little as possible, rotate for 12 minutes
Then:
B1 10-12x BB Cyclists Squats 
B2 6-8x Semi-Supinated Chin-ups
Rest as little as possible, rotate for 12 minutes
Then:
C1 16-20x BB Grip Roll-ups
C2 12x (6 each) Plate Pinch Step-ups 
C3 10-12x Push-ups @ 5010 tempo
Rest as little as possible, repeat for 10 minutes
Then:
Cool Down
