Workout 
Every 30s perform a 15m Bear Crawl for 5 minutes
Then:
KB Complex
10x Halos (L/R) +
10x ATW (L/R) +
10x (5 each) Figure 8s +
10x Goblet Squat + 
10x Snatch (L/R) +
10x (5 each) Windmill +
2x (1 each) TGU
2 rounds, increase weight on second round
Then: 
7x KB Headcutter @ 40# +
5x KB Headcutter @ 50# +
3x KB Headcutter @ 60# + 
30s ALL-OUT Sprint on Rower, Ski, or Airdyne +
60s Rest
4 rounds
Then:
“100-Rep Challenge” Bench Press @ 135/75
Complete 100 reps in as few sets as possible. 
Every time the player has to rack the bar complete Toes-to-Bar in ascending fashion starting at 9 reps (9-12-15-18-21-24, etc.)
Then:
Cool Down
