2×5 Wall Squats
2×10 Squats
2×5 Jump Squats
3×8 DB Arnold Press
2×5 Push-ups
Then:
20x Strict Pull-ups (10×2), mix up grips, stay explosive
Rest 60-75s between sets
Then:
100x Double Kettlebell Swings (eye level), M@2×40, F@2×25-30
Every time you stop perform 5x KB Thrusters (same weight)
Then:
Tabata Ball Slams @ 40/25
8 rounds of 20s Ball Slam + 10s Rest for max reps
Then:
Tabata KB Farmer’s Carry
8 rounds of 20s Carry + 10s Rest for max distance
This is one round, do two
Then:
Cool Down
