Then:
DB Complex, 10 reps each:
Bent-Over Row 
Push Press 
Cheat Curls
Push-up
3 sets @ 2×20-35# DBs
Then:
Set a clock for 3:00
P1 3x Burpees + Sprint to the wall and back (~30m), tag P2
P2 3x Burpees + Sprint to the wall and back, tag P1
Rotate back and forth for 3:00
Rest 2:00, 3 rounds
Record average burpees per round
Then:
Work up to 5RM Deadlift in 3-4 sets, no more than 10 minutes
Then:
P1 Max effort Row/Ski for calories 
P2 1x Deadlift during minute off
Switch, max team calories in 20 minutes (10 rounds each)
Then:
Cool Down
