Workout 
20x Balancing Leg Swings (4-ways)
2x15m Lunge + Bowler’s Squat + Skater’s Squat, slow and steady
2×8 Band Tears w/red band
2×8 “TWYs”
2×10 Scorpion Kicks
2×5 Press-ups, two slow breaths at the top of each
Then:
10-1 Single-Leg Hops + 4x Lateral Lunge
10 reps on left + 10 reps on right + 4x Lateral Lunge
9 reps on left + 9 reps on right + 4x Lateral Lunge
8 reps on left + 8 reps on right + 4x Lateral Lunge
Continue to 1.
Then:
4×8 KB Floor Press with a “Plus” 
1x Floor Press + 1x Plus = one rep
Then
Static Hold Circuit – 10 minute rotation
Dip Support
60m Farmer’s Carry
Handstand Hold 
FLR on Forearms
Then:
Cool Down with Couch Stretch and Glute 90/90
