“Those Burpees Suck” (variant)
10x Keg Viper Press + 
20x Box Jumps +
30x Wall Ball +
40x KB Snatch (10:10) +
50x Double Unders (or 200x SU) + 
60x Burpees (jump onto small plate) + 
10x Keg Viper Press
20 minute time cap

A1 12x Sumo Deadlifts
A2 12x Seated DB Shoulder Press, semi-supinated
A3 20x Russian KBS
A4 1:00 minute Chin and Toes against the wall
15 minute rotation
Rest 5 minutes
Then:
B1 12x Back Squats 
B2 6-8x Strict Toes-to-Bar
B3 20x Split Jumps
B4 1:00 minute Back Box Hold
15 minute rotation

Jordan creating momentum on the KBs. The KB Clean is one of the tougher movements to coach. I would place it high in the hierarchy of KB moves. So if you can learn it it makes all the others easier.
