T-Spine Mobility
Then:
3×5 Wall Squats
2x15m Lunge + Spider Stretch + Bi-Lateral Trunk Twist
Then:
Couch Stretch, 2×30-40s sec each
Then:
3×10 Bulgarian Split Squats @ BW, elevated back foot with 2×45# plates
Then: 
5×5 Dead-Stop Goblet Squats (3 sec), Heavy
Then:
TGU Progression, take your time and move steadily
16x TGU @ 25# +
8x TGU @ 35# +
4x TGU @ 45# +
Every 2:00 minute set the KB down and perform 20x Split Jumps
Then:
4xM.E. Dips, time permitting
Then:
Cool Down
