Then:
Run 400m +
20x Wall Ball +
10x Deadlifts +
1:00 M.E. Burpee/Bar Hops
3 rounds, 1:1 Rest
Then:
Row/Ski 500m +
20x KBS +
10x Floor Press
1:00 M.E. Split Jumps
3 rounds, 1:1 Rest
Then:
3×1:00 Handstand Hold.
Each 1:00 is accumulated. So if you break get back up there and go again until you get to 1:00.
Then:
Cool Down
