Workout, General Preparation
5 minute easy Row, Ski, Airdyne
Then:
2x15m Lunge w/Stretch
2×10 Tempo Sauats
2×5 Jump Squats
Then:
30s Row/Ski/Airdyne + 90s Rest
During “rest” perform 10x Goblet Squats, AHAP
3 rounds
Start slow and get faster. Final round should be ALL-OUT
Then:
8 minute AMRAP
5x Ball Slam +
10x Push-ups +
15x KBS @ 50/40#
Then:
30x TGU @ 40/25#
Every 2:00 minutes perform 5x Burpees
Then:
Cool Down
