Split Jump 
Ball Slam, AHAP
Tuck Jump 
Burpee
Mountain Climber
Double Unders / Single Unders
8 consecutive rounds
Then:

Workout 2, Strongman
Jog 400m
Then:
2x15m Lunge
2×10 Tempo Squats
2×5 Jump Squats
2×5 Band Tears
2×5 Shoulder Passes
2×5 Burpees
Then:
3×1:00 ME Sledgehammer Hits
Rest fully
Then:
Set a clock for 2:00 minutes
Perform a 150m Ski Erg + Max Reps Stone-to-Shoulder
Rest exactly 2:00 minutes 
Continue until 20 stones have been shouldered or six rounds are complete. 
Then:
200m Sprint +
200m Sandbag Shuttle @ 60-80# +
200m Sled Drag, AHAP 
2-3 rounds
Then:
