Workout 1, General Preparation
Jog 400m
Then:
60m Heavy KB Shuttle @ 50-60/30-40# EMOM for 8 minutes
Then:
Kettlebell Swing Progression
20 UB reps @ 40/30 +
15 UB reps @ 50/40 +
2×10 UB reps @ 60/50 +
3×5 UB reps @ 80/60
Rest as needed between sets
Then:
One-arm, One-leg KB Strict Press 
6x right leg, right arm + 6x left leg, left arm 
6x right leg, left arm + 6x left leg, right arm 
That completes one set 
Do three sets, each at a heavier weight
Then:
TGU Progression
4x TGU (each) @ 30
3x TGU (each) @ 40
2x TGU (each) @ 50
1x TGU (each) @ >50#
Rest as needed between sets
Then:
4×4 Walkout Planks
Then:
2x (1-5) Strict Toes-to-Bar Ladder
 
 
Workout 2, Strongman Training
Jog 400m
Then:
8 minutes of Medicine Ball Throw and Chase
Then:
Start with an empty Yoke. Carry it 60m.
Add 25-45lbs each attempt until you find your max 60m carry. 
Then:
50x Tire Flip or 80x Team Tire Flips , EMOM do 3x Burpees 
15 minute time cap 
Then:
Cool Down
