T-Spine Mobility
3×5 Band Tears
2x15m Lunge + 15m Reverse Bear Crawl
3×10 Shoulder Passes, move hands closer each set
2×5 Push-ups, hold lockout for 5 sec 
Then:
Find a new PR via a Close-Grip Bench Press Strength Ladder
10 reps
9 reps
8 reps
7 reps
6 reps
5 reps
4 reps
3 reps
2 reps
1 rep
Chase each set with 100m ALL-OUT Row + 5x Strict Toes-to-Bar (hold bar lengthwise)
Rest as needed between sets
Then:
Rotator Cuff Work, time permitting
