Turkey Day Tabata Tag Team
Alternate 20/10 Intervals until you complete the following:
100x Squats
90x Double Unders
80x Burpees
70x KBS @ 55-60/35-45#
60x Split Jumps
50x BB Push-Press @ 115/75
40x DB Snatch
30x Calories on Ski Erg, C2 Rower or Airdyne (each player does 15 calories)
20x Pull-ups
10-1 Ball Slam Ladder @ 40/25-30# (10/10, 9/9, 8/8…)
20x Pull-ups
30x Calories on Ski Erg, C2 Rower or Airdyne (each player does 15 calories)
40x DB Snatch 
50x BB Push Press @ 115/75
60x Split Jumps
70x KBS @ 55-60/35-45#
80x Burpees
90x Double Unders
100x Squats
Then:
Go home and stuff your face…you earned it.
