10x Balancing Leg Swings
20x Hip Hinges
2×10 Half-Bridges
2x15m Lunge + 15m Tin Man Walk
3×5 KBS/Goblet Squat Combo
3×5 Dislocates
3×5 Push-up
Then:
Mobility:
Bretzel Stretch
T-Spine
Then:
Workout:
5:00 minute stations + 2:00 minute transition
Tag Team Style
Station #1: Axle Push Press (7:7)
Station #2: 5x Hex Bar Deadlift + 15m Carry
Station #3: Sledgehammer Hits into Tire (10:10)
Station #4: 10x Whip Smash + 10m Rope Pull/Sprint
Station #5: 5x Burpee + 1x Rope Climb 
Then:
Cool Down
 
 
Strongman Training
