A1 12x DB Cyclist Squats
A2 15m KB Suitcase Lunge, left, AHAP
A3 15m KB Suitcase Lunge, right, AHAP
A4 12x Alternating Single-Arm Planks (2 sec pause each) 
10 minute AMRAP
Then:
B1 10-12x Sumo Deadlift 
B2 10x (each) Staggered Stance Single-Arm DB Shoulder Press
B3 20x Split Jumps + 15m Strict Bear Crawl (keep back parallel to floor) 
10 minute AMRAP
Then:
C1 1:00 KB Rack Hold, AHAP (every 10 sec perform a full squat)
C2 10-12x Ring Rows
C3 10/10x Swiss Ball Stir-the-Pot
