General Preparation
Warm-up:
Group Locomotor Warm-up, 8 minutes
Then:
Mobility:
T-Spine
Then: 
Workout 
30 sec Hard Effort (any machine, mix and match) + 90 sec “rest”
During “rest” perform one of the following:
Option #1: 30x Split Jumps
Option #2: 10x Hex Bar Deadlifts
Option #3: 5x Ball Slams + 10x Lateral Barrier Hops over Parallettes
6-8 rounds
Then:
15 minute EMOM
1st Minute: 15x American-Style KBS
2nd Minute: 10x Box Jump-Overs 
3rd Minute: 2x Rope Climb
Then:
Cool Down with Death By Wall Sit. last man/woman standing wins.
