Then:
WORKOUT:
4x15m Reverse Drag, climbing (final set should take everything you have)
Then:
KB Push Press @ 2×45/25# + L-Hang from Pull-up bar
20 reps/60s, 18 reps/45s, 15 reps/30s, 12 reps/15s, Max reps/Max Hang
Then:
P1 30s Whipsmash (explosive singles) 
P2-P4 5x Ball Slam + 10x Barrier Hop over Parallette  
5 rounds
Then:
Cool Down with Bent-Body Hollows
