30/30 “Hell-Style” Intervals
5x (30 sec AA Bike + 30s Arms-only)
5x (30 sec Dead Hang from Pull-up Bar + 30s HS Hold against wall) 
5x (30s Split Jump + 30s Box Step-up)
5x (30s Row + 30s Hold at end range) 
5x (30s BB Push Press + 30s Hold BB OH)
5x (30s KBS + 30s Hold KB in Dead Hang position) 
5x (30s Burpee + 30s FLR)
Rest 2:00 minutes between each station

 

STRONGMAN TRAINING
WARM-UP:
Group Dynamic Warm-up, 5 minutes
Then:
WORKOUT:
30m Yoke Carry (15m:15m) + 2x Heavy Sandbag over Yoke
5 runs, rat plenty between
Then:
10x Farmer Bar Deadlift + Max Effort Hold
As may sets as it takes to accumulate 2:00 minutes in hold
Then:
Cool Down
