100x Wall Ball @ 20/14
100x Ball Slam @ 30/20#
100x Box Jump/Step-ups
100x DB Push Press @ 2×30/20
In the time remaining do as many calories possible on Air Assault Bike
Then:
Cool Down

 

STRONGMAN TRAINING
WARM-UP:
Group locomotor warm-up
Then:
WORKOUT:
Warm up with some light runs with empty Yoke
Then:
At preset loads, 120′ Yoke for time
3 runs with full rest in between
Then:
Against a 2:00 clock, max rounds of…
1x Stone-to-Shoulder @ 145/115 +
1x Circus DB Clean and Jerk @ 80/50
Rest fully, 3 sets
Then:
Cool Down
