500-400-300-200-100 (each) Row/Ski Erg +
150x Team Burpee/Box Jumps @ 24/20″ +
100-200-300-400-500 (each) Row/Ski Erg
All for time

Set a clock for 15 minutes. 
Do 10x Bench Press + 60m KB Farmer’s Carry @2×60/45

3×10 DB Powell Raises, off bench
Then:

Another amazing Tag Team Tuesday. I think George's face says it all. Today was challenging and pushed everyone to their limit. Finishing was quite a feat, which less 25% of all the teams today did. But it isn't always about finishing or getting a fast time. It's about putting your best foot forward and working hard, as a collective, in pursuit of a common goal. That's what TTT is all about.
