10x Elbow Taps, hold 3 sec each
2x15m Lunge + 15m Tin Man Walk
2×5 Burpees
2×5 Tuck Jumps
3×3 Strict Pull-ups
Then:
MOBILITY:
T-Spine
Bretzel Stretch
Then:
WORKOUT:
5x KBS + 5x Goblet Squat – 3 rounds without stopping. 
This is one set, do 3, climbing
Then:
5×5 Single Arm KB Strict Press, across
Then:
P1 15m Burpee/Broad Jump + 15m Sprint back to tag partner. Try to cover the gym in as few jumps as possible. 
P2 Rest
Switch, 4 rounds each
Then:
15m Suitcase Lunge, left
15m Suitcase Lunge, right
4 sets, climbing
Then:
5x Double KB Bottoms-up Press, AHAP +
2x (15/15) Mountain Climbers. “Rest” in FLR position
2-3 sets
Then:

STRONGMAN TRAINING
“Go Primal Strongman Total”
Athlete has 45 minutes to establish maxes in the following:
Max UB 60′ Yoke Carry, traditional 
Max UB Farmer’s Carry
Max Stone-to-Shoulder
Then:
Cool Down
