Then:
WORKOUT:
Bear Crawl Suicide, 5m-10m-15m
3 sets each, rest while other players go
Then:
10x Goblet Squat, AHAP + 5m-10m-15m Shuttle
Rest while your partner goes, 8 minute AMRAP
Then:
4×10 Ball Slam/Barrier Hop, AHAP
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets
Then:
10-minute Challenge
:00 – 3x Strict Pull-ups
:30 – 5x Burpee
Then:
Cool Down
