Standard Warm-up
Then:
MOBILITY:
T-Spine
Bretzel Stretch
THEN:
WORKOUT:
4x15m (3x Axle Deads + 3x Steps Holding BB), climbing
Then:
1-10 One Arm DB Strict Press Ladder
1 rep, left + 1 rep, right
2 reps, left + 2 reps, right
3 reps, left + 3 reps, right, etc.
Continue to 10 reps each arm
Then:
1-10x One Arm DB Snatch (i.e. Ground to Overhead)
1 rep, left + 1 rep, right
2 reps, left + 2 reps, right
3 reps, left + 3 reps, right, etc.
Continue to 10 reps each arm
Then:
1-10x DB Biceps Curls Ladder (Neutral –> Supination) 
1 rep, left + 1 rep, right
2 reps, left + 2 reps, right
3 reps, left + 3 reps, right, etc.
Continue to 10 reps each arm
Then:
3×3 Medicine Ball Walkouts
Then:
Cool Down

 

COMPETITIVE FITNESS
4×12 Shoulder Taps (facing away from wall)
Then:
4x15m (3x Axle Deads + 3x Steps), climbing
Then:
70x Thrusters @ 155/105 for time
Then:
Prowler “Finisher”
