15m Lunge + 15m Bear Crawl
15m Lunge + 15m Inchworm Hollows
3×5 KBS/Goblet Squat Combo, climbing
2×5 Burpees
2x20s Handstand Hold, facing wall
Then:
MOBILITY:
T-Spine
Bretzel Stretch
Then:
WORKOUT:
Medicine Ball Warm-up, 15m each:
Forward MB Bear Crawl +
Reverse MB Bear Crawl +
Ball Slam/Burpee/Broad Jump (to ball) +
Rock Carry (eye height)
3 rounds each player
Rest while partner goes
Then:
5x KB Headcutter ,AHAP +
5x Strict, Neutral-Grip Pull-ups +
5x Deadlift (athlete chooses load and implement, i.e. Hex bar, Axle, Barbell, etc.) +
5x Strict HSPUs +
10 Calories, any machine 
10 rounds
Then:
Cool Down

 

STRONGMAN TRAINING
Work up to a 1RM Axle Deadlift (double overhand grip) – 12 minutes
Something like…
5-5-3-2-1-1-1
Then, with that load…
2xM.E. with variable grip
Then:
EMOM x 20
Even: 2x Rope Climbs @ 15′
Odd: 5x Axle Shoulder to Overhead, athlete chooses load (from floor)
Then:
Plate pinch work
