2x (1-5) Fat DB Clean and Jerk (from ground)

1x CJ right arm + 1x CJ left arm
2x CJ right arm + 1x CJ left arm, etc…
Then:
10 minute AMRAP, 2-3 players
30m Keg Carry or Sandbag
Rest while other players go
Then:
15m Reverse Sled Drags (tie a KB to straps to hold onto)
4 sets, AHAP
Then:
Cool Down

I realized it after the fact, but dragging the sled by the fat part of the KB was a magnificent way to train open-handed grip.
