10x Hip Hinges
2×5 Tables + Shoulder Stretch
10x Tuck to Straddle Stretch, smooth
2×5 Band Tears
2×10 Dislocates
3×5 KBS/Goblet Squat, climbing
2×5 Jump Squats
2×5 Burpees
Then:
WOKROUT:
In teams of two…
5-10-15-20-15-10-5
Calories (any machine) + Burpee/Plate Hops + KB Headcutters
Looks like…
P1 does 5 cals, P2 does 5 cals, P1 does 5 B/PH, P2 does 5 B/PH, P1 does 5x KB Headcutters, P2 does 5x KB Heaductters
P1 does 10 cals, P2 does 10 cals, P1 does 10 B/PH, P2 does 10 B/PH, P1 does 10x KB Headcutters, P2 does 10x KB Heaductters, etc.
40 minute time cap.
Then:
