GENERAL FITNESS
WORKOUT:

10x Balancing Leg Swings
10/10 Single-Leg Glute Bridges
2×5 Tables + 20s Table Rock
10x Tuck–>Straddle
2×5 Band Snatches
2×10 Dislocates
15m Lunge + Hip Hinge 
3×8 KB Good Mornings
2×5 Strict Push-ups
3×5 KB Bottoms-up Press, climbing
Then:
MOBILITY:
T-Spine
Then:
WORKOUT:
3×3 KB Windmill, climbing and/or progressing to touching weight-bearing leg
Then:
3×1:00 TGU (30s down + 30s up, each arm), climbing
Then:
100x Deadlifts (athlete chooses tool: Hex Bar, Axle, KB, BB, etc.)
Each drop do 10x Ring Push-ups
Then:
100x DB Floor Press, athlete chooses load
Each drop do 15x DB Biceps Curls
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRONGMAN TRAINING 
3x60m Overhead yoke carry, climbing
Then:
4x120m Farmer’s Carry
Then:
“Cool Down” with Curtis P’s, time permitting
